1. Contact Homelife Management directly via phone.

2. Reach out to any council member for guidance and assistance.

3. Utilize the online form on our website to provide detailed information about the issue. An email notification will be sent to both Homelife Management and the council.

Homelife and the council will promptly address your request and provide direction to a resolution.

The room is open from 8am to 11pm. Outside of these hours the room is close to follow our noise guide lines.

Yes, guests are allowed to use the amenities room as long as they are accompanied by a resident. Please note that there are restrictions on the number of guests per resident and certain amenities may require reservations.
