In British Columbia, smoking is regulated by the Tobacco and Vapour Products Control Act. The rules apply to tobacco, e-cigarettes (vaping), and, in many situations, cannabis smoking as well. (BC Laws)

To facilitate the submission of maintenance/emergency requests, owners have several avenues available to them:
1. Contact Advantage Management directly via phone.
2. Reach out to any council member for guidance and assistance.
3. Utilize the online form on our website to provide detailed information about the issue. An email notification will be sent to both Advantage Management and the council.
Advantage and the council will promptly address your request and provide direction to a resolution.

Yes, guests are allowed to use the amenities room as long as they are accompanied by an owner. It will be the owners responsibility to monitor their activity and behaviour. Please note certain functions in the amenities room may require reservations.
